It has a private pool, terrace on the sea, direct access to the beach and the sea, air conditioned and heating, outside car parking.

It's reachable from the parking with a 17-step staircase.

The Terrace with Jacuzzi pool:

Is a 40 sq mt. Partly overshadowed by a straw pergola, it is supplied with table, chairs and lawn chairs. Jacuzzi tub (2 x 2 mt) with water massage. Portable barbecue. Splendid view.

Elegant and functional furnishings, floor with hand-worked ceramics tiles.

Matrimonial bed, single sofa bed and two armchairs. Moka, American coffee machine.
Three French doors with deafen glass lead on the great panoramic terrace.
