Geranio, on the first floor of the small compound of Villa Rita, is a bright and nice holiday apartment for six people,  about 80 sq mt large, with a fascinating view on the sea and the Sorrento Coast.

It has a private pool, garden and terrace with view on the sea and the coast, direct access to the beach and the sea, air conditioned and heating, outside car parking.

It's reachable from the parking with a short 25 step staircase.

The Terrace:

Is 40 sq mt large. With a wonderful view on the sea, partly overshadowed by a straw pergola, it is supplied with table, chairs and lawn chairs and external shower.

Garden with Jacuzzi pool:

There's a 30 sq mt garden. Enchanting view on the sea, it offers a jacuzzi tub with water massage (2 x 2 mt) .
A portable barbecue is at guests' availability.

Living room:

Bright and nice furnishings, with the floor with hand-worked ceramic tiles.
Matrimonial sofa bed, cable tv.
Two French doors which lead to a big terrace on the sea.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is supplied with four gas burners, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven.
There's a table for six. A French door leads to the patio and on the garden.

Bedroom 1 with bathroom:

Access from the corridor. Bright and nice furnishings, with matrimonial bed.
A French door with deafen glass leads to the big terrace, with view on the sea.
An in-room bathroom, decorated with hand-worked ceramics is supplied with basin, wc and big shower box.

Bedroom 2:

Access from the corridor. Bright and elegant furnighings, with two single beds, convertible,on demand, in a matrimonial bed.
A French door leads to a big terrace, with open view on the sea.

Bathroom:

Access from the corridor. Supplied with basin, wc, big shower box, hairdryer..

Laundry:

An apposite room is at your disposal, with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
