Ficus, on the ground floor of the little compound of Villa Rita, is a pleasant self-catering holiday apartment for seven people, about 90 sq mt large, with a pleasant view on the surrounding countryside.

It has a private pool, garden and terrace, direct access to the beach and the sea, air conditioned and heating, car place on the outside.

It's reachable straight from the area adjacent to the parking.

The Pool:

3 x 2.5 mt is open from May to October. The area of the pool is supplied with table, chairs, beach umbrella and lawn chairs.

Terrace:

There's a 15 sq mt terrace. Partly overshadowed by a straw pergola, is supplied with table and chairs.

The Garden:

In the 40 sq mt garden, it's available a portable barbecue.

Living room:

The furnishings is cozy and functional. Matrimonial sofa bed with two airmchairs.
Dining table for 6 people.
Cable tv.
The room has a window and a French door leading to the patio and on the garden.

The Kitchen:

Is supplied with four electric burners with electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, moka, American coffee machine, toaster.
There's also a washing machine.

Bedroom 1 with bathroom:

Access from the corridor. Cozy and comfortable furnishing, with a matrimonial bed. A window overlooking the outside. The in- room bathroom, is supplied with basin, wc, tub and shower.

Bedroom 2:

Access from the corridor, Cozy and comfortable furnishing, with two single beds that become, on demand, a matrimonial one.

Bedroom 3:

Access from the corridor, the 6 sq mt room, offers a single bed.

Bathroom 1:

Access from the corridor..Supplied with basin, wc, and shower.

Bathroom 2:
